A global peacekeeping initiative designed originally to track supes and predict where they’d be with 100% accuracy, it was upgraded to be a mobile, armed assassin and hacker for FAUST.Cylas was given digital recreations of the brains of multiple high ranking FAUST individuals, including The Hand themselves. These duplicated memories combined and make up his personality.Cylas’s body is comprised up of an unknown metal that doesn’t exist on the periodic table. It’s lighter than titanium, and a third of the weight. It’s also virtually indestructible, and vibration absorbent, allowing him to take hits without getting knocked down.Cylas’s body also is home to billions of nanomachines, which pump a nano-adaptive chemical that can absorbed energy, kinetic attacks, then channel them into either his punches, kicks, or long range weapons.Cylas can fire five lasers from his fingertips, which can alternate between burst fire, continuous or semi-automatic. They can also cycle between different forms of energy and ammunition depending on the situation such as:Tear Gas

He’s created several lesser copies of himself that he calls ‘The Legion’ which act as his own personal army. He can transfer his consciousness between his soldiers if he doesn’t want to expose himself. The legion is expendable, as Cylas is creating more copies of them every day.Cylas is capable of infiltrating any network, no matter how secure in order to retrieve information. He can use the internet as a scapegoat if he’s backed into a corner, and has created several backups of his intelligence in the rare likelihood that he is ever destroyed.Cylas is a heavy believer in FAUST’s ideologies, and extremely loyal to the organization.
